Understand AI.
Put it to work
in your business.

I help entrepreneurs and teams move from “we want to use AI” to specific tasks, skills and decisions. I train, advise and connect business experience with technology.

What would you like to change
in your work?

Not every need calls for implementation. Sometimes a new skill is enough; sometimes the process needs organising first. Start with your situation.

You have the tools.
Need more practice?

Choose training based on your examples. We will practise tasks and checking responses so your team knows when and how to use AI.

Explore training

You see a problem.
Unsure where to start?

In a conversation about working together, we define the goal, constraints and first step. If integration or implementation is needed, we identify the scope of work for AI Reveo Automation.

Let’s talk about your task

Want to build
your own AI department?

Explore the direction of the entrepreneurs’ group: from selecting tasks and working with AI assistants to defining oversight. Grounded in the realities of your own business.

Bring a task.
Practise it with AI.

Training begins with a conversation about your team. We identify what you want to improve, the tools you use and your experience with AI. I use this to prepare a programme and exercises related to your work.

Postgraduate lecturer

At Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), I share practical knowledge of AI and automation.

Ask about training

AI at your desk.
Using your examples.

We practise working with text, documents and data. We choose tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Microsoft Copilot to suit your team’s needs. We learn to write prompts, check responses and recognise AI’s limitations.

Fewer manual steps.
More time for work.

Using a selected task, I show how to connect steps in Power Automate or n8n. We discuss data flow, error handling and the points where a person needs to decide.

01

Needs analysis

I learn about the team’s challenges and goals, then tailor the scope to real requirements.

02

Training programme

Based on your needs, I choose exercises, tools and ways to assess the results.

03

Delivery

I run workshops focused on practical exercises and independent work.

04

Outcomes

We compare the results with the training goal and identify what the team can use at work and what needs further testing.

In the participants’
own words.

The training opened my eyes to the possibilities of AI in everyday work. Izabela explains things clearly and practically - no unnecessary jargon.

Training participant

A professional approach, individually tailored to our industry. The team works more efficiently, and the automations save us hours every week.

Training participant

I recommend this to any company wanting to introduce AI without chaos. Izabela shows how to change the way we think about working with technology.

Training participant

She combines theory and practice in the ideal proportions. Every participant leaves with a concrete plan for implementing AI.

This is not about another list of apps. It is about a team of AI assistants with specific tasks, access to the knowledge they need and rules for checking results.

This is the direction of a group for people who run a company and want to introduce AI into their work step by step, while staying in control of decisions.

  1. 01

    Start with a task

Choose recurring work: preparing a proposal, analysing information or creating content. Define what a good result looks like.

  2. 02

    Then define AI’s role

Specify what the assistant should prepare, which knowledge it should use and when to hand the matter over to a person.

  3. 03

    Test and evaluate

Try the solution on examples. Assess quality, time and errors before giving it more tasks.

  4. 04

    Only then expand

Develop what works. Add roles and automation where they help the business.

Business practice.
An educator’s perspective.

I develop companies and technology products. I connect finance, AI and teams’ everyday work - from identifying a need to choosing a solution.

I work on AI Reveo Automation and the IM.AI ecosystem. My training and advisory work draw on building my own projects, not just knowing the tools.

I studied in London. Today, I share my knowledge through corporate training and postgraduate teaching at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).

I build

Companies and products that address specific organisational needs.

I connect

Technology with processes, finance and accountability for results.

I teach

I deliver training and lecture on postgraduate courses at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).

From the first conversation to working together

AI starts
with a good question.

What takes up your team’s time? What information do people need? Where should a person still make the decision?

I help identify tasks where AI could be useful and define what your company needs before implementation.

Implementation with AI Reveo Automation

Your team’s work

Goals, recurring tasks and the points where work gets stuck.

Data and tools

Available information, automation opportunities and the solution’s limitations.

People and rules

Skills, responsibility and ways to check AI responses.

AI strategy · Agents and automation · AI governance

Behind every number
is a decision.

I help you look at finance from the perspective of running a company: how much cash is available, what affects margins and which assumptions underpin your plan.

I also work on using AI in analysis and reporting, so that information is useful when discussing the next step.

CURRENT POSITION

What do we know?

Financial data, cash flows and a view of the business.

ASSUMPTIONS

What could change?

Scenarios and dependencies worth including in your plan.

DIRECTION

What do we choose?

Insights needed to decide what to do next.

Digital Home.
Your digital twin.

I am developing Digital Home - a project built around “Your digital twin”. I am working on its concept and scope.

Digital Home does not yet have a separate website. I will share more details here when the project is ready to be presented.

Your digital twin.

From an idea
to your own product.

As I develop my own companies, I work through questions that recur at every stage: who the product is for, what need it addresses and what belongs in its first version.

I connect business, finance and technology perspectives. I am interested not only in what can be built, but also why it is worth building and how it can fit into everyday work.

I bring this perspective to conversations about strategy and product development - from clarifying an idea to choosing the next step.

NEED

Who is it for?

A specific audience and the situation in which they need support.

PRODUCT

What are we solving?

A useful outcome, not just a list of features.

PRIORITIES

What comes first?

Scope, assumptions and decisions for the next stage.
